3rdSET is a Nevada-based corporation with offices in Las Vegas and Phoenix. Our primary focus is full mouth reconstruction using implant-supported prosthetics. To expand our impact nationwide, we are training the next generation of dentists in advanced implantology, empowering them to bring our innovative approach to dental care across the U.S.

It Started With Giving Back
The journey began with a charity-based course in Mexico, where patients in need of tooth extractions and implant replacements were given life-changing care. It was there that Dr. Athari and Dr. Ebrahim connected with like-minded professionals dedicated to the program’s success.
Over the past three years, they have performed numerous surgeries, created educational content for professional lectures, and developed a strong partnership that ultimately led to the founding of 3rdSET Implant Solutions.
What started as a shared commitment to charity dentistry became a full practice — and a national platform for surgeon education.

Dr. Farshad Athari, DDS
Founder & Surgical Director
Graduated from Chicago's prestigious Northwestern University Dental School in 1999 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. With 27 years of experience, Dr. Athari has trained numerous doctors across the U.S. in implant surgery, providing hands-on experience through live patient surgeries and delivering lectures on advanced implant techniques and case complications. He built 3rdSET around full-arch, All-on-X restoration and single-implant surgery in Las Vegas.
Dr. Farid Ebrahim, DDS
Founder & Clinical Director
Graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Canada in 1993, then earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago in 1997. Skilled in cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and dental implants, Dr. Ebrahim is an experienced educator in the field of implantology. He serves as the chair of 3rdSET Implant Solutions' C.E. mentorship program and academic instructor, having trained 100+ doctors through live-patient instruction.

Dr. Athari and Dr. Ebrahim lead 3rdSET’s own hands-on continuing-education program for general dentists — a mentorship built around live, chairside instruction instead of lecture slides. Visiting dentists work directly alongside them through real implant placement, bone grafting, and full-arch treatment planning.
It’s the same technique used on every 3rdSET patient, taught by the surgeons who use it every day. When your surgeon is also the one other dentists fly in to learn from, that’s not a coincidence — it’s the standard we built this practice on.
