It Started With Giving Back
The journey began with charity dentistry in Mexico, where patients in need of tooth extractions and implant replacements were given life-changing care. It was there that Dr. Athari and Dr. Ebrahim connected through a shared commitment to restoring dignity for people living with failing teeth.
Over the past three years, they have performed numerous surgeries, refined their collaborative clinical process, and developed a strong partnership that ultimately led to the founding of 3rdSET Implant Solutions.
What started as a shared commitment to charity dentistry became a full practice — and a national platform for surgeon-led implant care.

With 27 years of experience, Dr. Athari built 3rdSET around full-arch, All-on-X restoration and single-implant surgery in Las Vegas, with care plans grounded in advanced implant techniques and complication-aware planning.
